I would like to extend my rental by a few days, what should I do?

Call us at +48 76 727 99 99 and let us know that you want to extend your rental. Our representative will tell you how you can pay for the additional days of rental.

Do the cars have a mileage limit?

There are two options for car rental with Kaizen Rent: with or without a mileage limit. When choosing the option with a limit, you can drive 200 kilometers per day; if you rent a car for 5 days, the total limit is 1,000 km. With the unlimited option, you drive as much as you want.

Can I travel outside Poland with my rental car?

Yes, we offer the possibility to go abroad to countries in the European Union and the Schengen zone, except for Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Trips there are subject to additional fees. You can find the current fees in the Schedule of Charges and Fees.

Is a deposit always mandatory?

In most cases a deposit is mandatory. We do not take a deposit from regular customers who have signed a framework agreement.

How long does it take for the security deposit to be released?

If there are no reservations about the condition of the returned vehicle, we unblock the deposit immediately after the conclusion of the rental, on the next working day at the latest. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the moment when your bank unblocks the funds. With some banks, it can take several days.

How much does it cost to rent a car?

The total rental cost consists of:

  • payment for the car, which depends on the selected vehicle class

and, depending on the options you select, there may be:

  • a fee for selected additional options (such as: additional security, additional driver, travel abroad or child seat)
  • pick-up/return service for the vehicle at a given address
  • a fee for vehicle pick-up/return outside of standard working hours.

A deposit is required when you pick up the vehicle. The amount of the deposit depends on the selected vehicle class. The deposit is a temporary block of funds on the card towards future payments and is unblocked immediately after the end of the rental.

I have rented a car from you and I would like to go outside Poland for a few days. What should I do?

If you did not declare plans to take the car abroad when booking your rental, you should inform us about that fact before crossing the border by calling +48 76 727 99 99. Crossing the border of the country in a rented vehicle without prior notification is subject to a penalty fee as specified in the Schedule of Charges and Fees.
